Reverend Mark Hudson

Senior Pastor
Mark was raised in a Christian home and accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the age of 14, filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke with other tongues as recorded in Acts 2:8.  In 1984 received the “Call of God” to enter Bible College at Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in Peterborough, Ontario.  He graduated three years later, marrying his college sweetheart, Debbie and together they have faithfully served the Lord together.

Pastor Mark has a shepherds heart, desiring to see the Holy Spirit manifested in the various ministries and the lives of His people.

Reverend Debbie Hudson

Associate Pastor
Debbie comes from a large family five brothers and one sister from Embree, Newfoundland and at an early age received Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Following the Lord’s call on her life she attended Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in Peterborough and graduated in 1988. Debbie has worked in the community as well as serving in the church in many areas of ministry. She has enjoyed youth ministry, counselling, preaching God’s Word, visitation especially those in hospitals and nursing homes. Debbie is an accomplished poet having published a book called “Seasons of the Heart.” Debbie continues to serve and minister with a tender heart caring for those in need, ministering in Song. Her desire is to see the Holy Spirit manifest and touch those who are open to receive all that God has for them.

Our Statement of Faith

The virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ

We Believe in the virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, His unqualified deity, His sinless humanity and perfect life, the eternal all-sufficiency of His atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father’s right hand, and His personal coming again at His second advent.

The Gifts of the Holy Spirit

We Believe in holy living, the present day reality of the baptism of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:4, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and the Lord’s supernatural healing of the human body.

The Eternal Blessedness

We Believe in the eternal blessedness of the redeemed in heaven and the eternal doom of the unregenerate in the lake of fire.

The Holy Scriptures

We Believe the Holy Scriptures to be the divinely inbreathed, infallible, inerrant and authoritative Word of God.

One God

We Believe that there is one God, eternally existent in the Persons of the Holy Trinity.

Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

We Believe that justification is a judicial act of God on the believer’s behalf solely on the merits of Christ, and the regeneration by the power of the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

Christian baptism by immersion

We Believe in Christ’s Lordship of the church, the observance of the ordinances of Christian baptism by immersion for believer’s and the Lord’s Supper.

Our Support

These four individuals love the Lord and it is reflected in their lifestyle, service to the Lord and in their conduct. For us to see Jesus “front and centre” it is crucial to have men and women who are passionate to see and witness lives transform for the glory of the Lord. Together, we are team players for the Lord!

Janice Wilson

Board of Elders
Married to Wilfred for thirty five years until the Lord called him home together they had five children, thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Janice love the Lord serving in many apacities such as being our Pianist, Caretaker, Adult teacher on Sunday Mornings, a member of “The Country Church Band” as well as serving on the Board of Elders. Janice has a desire to see the ministry of the Holy Spirit transform the lives of God’s children.

Gilbert Whan

Pastoral Council
Married to Nelda for Fifty five years together have raised five children and have five grandchildren. Gilbert has served our church in various areas through his life and currently serves on the Board of Elders, our maintenance man, a member of “The Country Church band.” Gilbert is fond on visiting the nursing homes in our area taking his guitar and a few volunteers to reach out and share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
